Terms of Service:

At Administrative Excellence , we offer a free, one hour consultation to you, so that we can determine exactly what your need are and how my services will benefit you.  All clients require different tasks completed and I want to make sure you utilize your time as well as mine.  The following is a basic guideline:

The hourly rate is $25.00 per hour for most projects, charged in 15 minute increments.

Monthly rates can be contracted with retainer agreements as follows:

-  20 hours to 40 hours per month at $20.00 per hour
-  40 hours or more per month at $18.50 per hour.

Closing coordination is a flat $250 per transaction.  If the file does not close there is no charge.
